Abstract

Analiza la búsqueda de nuevos modelos para la gestión de centros en los que la colaboración de todos los profesionales del centro es necesaria para su buen funcionamiento. Destaca tres de ellos, el modelo repetitivo al que también describe como 'más de lo mismo'; el modelo empeñista o 'todos tenemos que arrimar el hombro' y el modelo educativo o 'todos podemos aprender' que es el que mejor se adapta a la sociedad en la que vivimos..
