Abstract

Actualmente se asume que la descentralización y la autonomía de gestión de los centros docentes son beneficiosos para su funcionamiento. En los preámbulos legislativos y en las manifestaciones de los responsables educativos esta creencia es una constante. Además, el recorrido político del Estado favorece este proceso. No obstante, un análisis de la realidad administrativa parece estar en desacuerdo..
