Abstract

La figura del director es la única que puede impulsar con éxito el desarrollo profesional de los docentes. Se proponen estrategias de apoyo para el desarrollo profesional del docente por parte de la dirección y actividades dirigidas al equipo directivo que ejerce un liderazgo de carácter transformacional con el fin de hacerles valorar si favorecen este desarrollo profesional. Se les ofrece además un instrumento para conecer las características del profesor excelente con el objetivo de impulsar el desarrollo de las capacidades de estos..
