Revisión y mejora de procesos educativos

Abstract

Se consideran las técnicas que derivan de la investigación acción con el fin de mejorar la práctica educativa e implicar a los participantes. Se ofrecen directrices para la revisión y el desarrollo interno de procesos relacionados con dicha práctica. Desde la perspectiva metolodológica se enfatiza la espiral de ciclos de autorreflexión con procesos de revisión, planificación e implementación. De acuerdo con las fases de este planteamiento de autorreflexión, el trabajo va revisando las diferentes etapas por las que pasa: planteamiento, revisión global y específica, planificación, aplicación y revisión de mejoras. En cada fase se indica qué técnicas emplear para la recogida y el análisis de los datos. Este artículo pretende ser una ayuda para aquellos equipos de profesores interesados en introducir la investigación como estrategia de mejora a la vez que formación dentro del propio centro.
