Abstract

Análisis de los conflictos entre docentes. El trabajo se estructura en torno a cinco epígrafes: la revisión y definición del concepto mobbing, las fases de desarrollo del fenómeno de hostigamiento psicológico en Centros Educativos, las conductas y comportamientos de los agentes del mobbing, una aproximación etiológica del mobbing escolar y presentación del Programa de Convivencia Cooperativa en Centros Escolares como una posible solución del conflicto.
