Las personas sin hogar y las políticas sociales

Abstract

Se reflexiona sobre los sin hogar y sobre las políticas sociales existentes y necesarias para garantizar los derechos fundamentales de estas personas. Por un lado, se exponen los distintos términos con los que se ha designado a la gente sin hogar en varias épocas. Por otro, se hace referencia a la pobreza y a la exclusión social. Finalmente, se explican y valoran las políticas y los planes de inclusión llevados a cabo por las distintas administraciones y se discurre sobre cómo deberían actuar los ciudadanos y los agentes sociales para hacer frente a las desigualdades, la pobreza, la exclusión y los sin hogar.
