Modelos de calidad : FQM e ISO

Abstract

Por un lado, se aclara la diferencia entre los conceptos 'Calidad total', 'EFQM' e 'ISO 9000'. Al respecto, se indica que: la 'Calidad total' es una filosofía empresarial enfocada a la calidad de toda la organización, 'EFQM' es un modelo que, básicamente, se emplea para la evaluación de las organizaciones y la 'ISO 9000' es una norma que pretende gestionar-asegurar la calidad de los sistemas. Por otro lado, se analiza el modelo EFQM para la gestión de la excelencia y la ISO 9000:2000.
