Abstract

Se explica el modelo de desarrollo comunitario catalán, cuyo objetivo es la implementación de planes e intervenciones que provoquen un proceso de modificación en los barrios y distritos para luchar contra la exclusión y alcanzar una sociedad cohesionada, en la que los ciudadanos participen plenamente .
