Abstract

Se informa sobre la figura y las funciones del Síndic de Greuges (Defensor Universitario) en la Universidad de Barcelona, resaltando su papel mediador entre la comunidad universitaria y la institución. Además, se propone un perfil de la función del síndic basado en más justicia que derecho, más autoridad que poder y más humanismo que democracia.
