Cómo mejorar el clima motivacional en las aulas

Abstract

La educación emocional surge para favorecer la convivencia, el respeto, la paz y el bienestar. Tiene como principal objetivo el desarrollo de competencias emocionales, entendidas como competencias básicas para la vida, entre ellas está la consciencia emocional, la regulación emocional, la autonomía emocional, las habilidades de trabajo personal y de un proceso de aprendizaje que requiere tener capacidad para discernir entre gratificaciones inmediatas en favor de otras de orden superior pero más a largo plazo. Se presentan un conjunto de capítulos que abordan entre otros temas, la relación entre emoción y motivación, la aplicación de la educación emocional a la educación física, a las ciencias y al clima emocional, etc. Pretende ser una aportación a la mejora de la educación, de la convivencia, del rendimiento y del bienestar.
