Plataforma Virtual y Redes del Profesorado de Bibliotecas Escolares

Abstract

Se expone la puesta en práctica de los proyectos lectores para favorecer un cambio significativo en la vida de los centros y sus bibliotecas, hasta ahora concebidas como lugares de almacenamiento o préstamo de libros. Pasan a ser un espacio desde donde se puedan articular muchos de los proyectos del centro, un lugar de encuentro agradable para el alumnado, un banco de recursos útil no sólo para la lectura por placer sino también para la búsqueda y adquisición de conocimientos, celebración de efemérides, construcción del propio aprendizaje. En definitiva, que la Biblioteca se convierta en un referente para la vida cultural del Centro. En un momento educativo en que las nuevas tecnologías favorecen el trabajo colaborativo y la filosofía de compartir el conocimiento, es imprescindible la utilización de redes que permitan el encuentro, el intercambio de experiencias y, por supuesto, la creación y uso de materiales educativos.
