Uso problemático de TikTok en estudiantes de tercer ciclo de primaria y primer ciclo de secundaria

Abstract

Se analizan las características del uso de TikTok en estudiantes de tercer ciclo de Educación Primaria y primer ciclo de Educación Secundaria. Se emplea un diseño ex post facto de grupo único. La muestra se compone de un total de 51 alumnos del CEIP Profesor Tierno Galván, situado en el Arrecife (Córdoba). Para la recogida de información se crea un cuestionario teniendo en cuenta otros: ''Uso de las Redes Sociales, cuestionario para Adolescentes'' de Albert y Hernández (2018); ''Test IAT-12'', una reducción del Cuestionario de Adicción a Internet realizada por Pino, Herruzo, Félix y Ruiz en 2022; ''Cuestionario de Adicción a Redes Sociales'' de Escurra y Salas (2014); y ''Cuestionario de Involucramiento en Redes Sociales Digitales'' de Martín y Simkin en 2021. Se analiza la información a través del programa SPSS. Se extrae que el 98% de los encuestados conocen la red social y el 51% lo usa una media de 7 horas al día, preferiblemente en horario de tarde. En cuanto al sexo, el 15,8% de los chicos y el 16,7% de las chicas que utilizan TikTok sí consideran su uso problemático, mientras que el 84,2% y el 83,3% restante, respectivamente, no. Se concluye la importancia de realizar charlas y actividades de prevención sobre el uso problemático de las tecnologías, así como intervenir sus posibles consecuencias en el colegio.
