Proyecto Escolta’m, acción tutorial y bienestar emocional

Abstract

Se presenta el proyecto Escolta’m (Escúchame) centrado en crear entornos agradables en las escuelas e institutos. Forma parte de la acción tutorial y del proyecto de educación emocional de las escuelas. Consiste en ofrecer un tiempo y un espacio de tutoría personalizada semanal a 3 o 4 alumnos y alumnas y a su tutor o tutora para que puedan expresar lo que piensan, lo que sienten, lo que les gusta, lo que les molesta, etc. de manera tranquila y sin prisas. Proporcionando así recursos para gestionar las emociones; escucha y comprende las vivencias fomentando actitudes proactivas y buscando el aspecto positivo de la situación; potencia que las criaturas y los jóvenes tengan un mayor autoconocimiento y, en todo momento… escucha, entiende, da tiempo, busca alternativas, refuerza, acompaña, empodera y crea vínculo.
