Abstract

Este artículo recoge, tras una breve introducción histórica, una investigación de los fondos, actas y dictámenes, del Consejo de Instrucción Pública sobre los manuales escolares al objeto de demostrar la importancia de éstos en las políticas educativas promulgadas y ejecutadas en nuestro país desde principios del siglo XIX.
