Abstract

Se reflexiona y reúne información actualizada sobre la capacidad de liderazgo del profesorado, algo que se presenta como necesario y es extremadamente importante en tiempos de cambios profundos y llenos de incertidumbre. También se estudian los distintos modelos de dirección que pueden influir en las organizaciones educativas. Se concluye afirmando algunas de las competencias para el afianzamiento de este liderazgo transformacional, así como los modelos y estilos clásicos de liderazgo.
