Conocimientos sin prejuicios

Abstract

La psicología cognitiva investiga la forma en que los seres vivos, especialmente los humanos, captamos, procesamos, analizamos, conservamos y utilizamos la información y los conocimientos. Estudia los aspectos y etapas del proceso hasta el soporte fisiológico-neuronal que lo facilita. El lenguaje transmite y formaliza los conocimientos. Entre el educador y el educando hay una comunión de códigos, suposiciones y presuposiciones pues de lo contrario habría total opacidad y el proceso educativo se bloquearía. Ha de haber estructuras comunes para que circule el flujo de información. El educador estará atento a la estructura cognitiva del oyente para que no cese de agrandarse. Han de compartir las mismas referencias conceptuales en una estricta sinonimia o bicondicionalidad comunicativa mediante la cual se excluyen los ruidos semánticos, los malentendidos y los desencuentros que puedan desembocar en desconexiones de tal manera que funcione la buena transmisión. En educación transmisora de conocimientos es importante atender al desarrollo del pensamiento y a la actualización de la competencia lingüística. Educar contra los prejuicios, educar preventivamente contra toda fuente de errores es la vía más segura para incorporar conocimientos.
