Formación y desarrollo profesional : cruce de miradas

Abstract

Reflexiona sobre el alcance y significado de la formación del profesorado y su evolución desde el optimismo de la década de los ochenta hasta el pesimismo formativo de la década de los noventa. Los docentes son contemplados desde varias perspectivas disciplinares (pedagogos, sociólogos, psicólogos, didactas) y desde los diversos enfoques teórico-metodológicos presentes en las mismas. Se insiste en la necesidad de realizar un esfuerzo de diálogo entre los diferentes sectores implicados en la formación del profesorado y también en el esfuerzo intelectual de articular las diferentes miradas comprometidas en este campo.
