Descansos activos : aprendizaje en movimiento

Abstract

Se presentan diferentes ejemplos de descansos activos para llevar a cabo por el profesorado en los centros de primaria. Se desarrollar diferentes ejemplos, desde la realización de ejercicios de alta intensidad a combinaciones con otro tipo de actividades cooperativas, emocionales y con contenido curricular que implican tanto el desarrollo y mejora de las funciones ejecutivas como del rendimiento cognitivo y académico.
