Abstract

Se desarrolla un proyecto de Educación para la Salud grupal orientado a un grupo de adolescentes de 12 a 15 años de la Asociación para la Atención a Personas con Discapacidad Intelectual Ligera e Inteligencia Límite (Adisli) en el barrio de Hortaleza de Madrid. El objetivo del proyecto consiste en capacitar a las personas con discapacidad intelectual ligera (DIL) e inteligencia límite (IL) en cuanto a conocimientos, actitudes y habilidades para que vivan su sexualidad de forma sana, feliz y responsable. Como marco teórico, se introducen los conceptos de discapacidad, sexualidad y adolescencia y una justificación de la intervención, en base a aspectos epidemiológicos, éticos, profesionales y legales. Como metodología, se proponen diez sesiones, de dos horas de duración, dos de las cuales se dirigen a las familias, y las distintas técnicas que se incluyen en los anexos: folleto informativo, cartel divulgativo, cuestionario de mitos y leyendas, fotopalabra, cuestionario sobre higiene genital, yo soy así, y recursos digitales para la reflexión, historia de personaje, cuestionario de evaluación, y guion de observación. Se concluye en la necesidad de implementar proyectos locales de educación para la salud que aborden el ámbito afectivo-sexual para personas con discapacidad intelectual.
