Estudio de problemas alimentarios de origen social

Abstract

Se presenta una planificación didáctica dirigida a estudiantes de nivel medio sobre el tema de los trastornos alimentarios de origen social. El objetivo del tratamiento del tema en el aula es promover una actitud de cuidado preventivo hacia el organismo y una actitud solidaria y participativa hacia la realidad social. La hipótesis que guia la planificación es que, a partir de actividades que ponen el énfasis en la apropiación del problema, los estudiantes pueden reflexionar sobre la importancia de las decisiones que asumen en relación con una alimentación adecuada y una vida saludable.
