Yogur versus yogur pasteurizado

Abstract

Se describe una actividad en la que se introduce el método científico para demostrar que mientras las bacterias del yogur tradicional están vivas, las del yogur pasteurizado tras la fermentación están muertas. La investigación se ha programado para alumnado de tercer curso de enseñanza secundaria obligatoria que asisten a clase de la materia de biología y geología, como actividad relacionada con la educación para el consumidor.
