Huerto escolar : resistencia en tiempos de covid

Abstract

Se presenta la experiencia del huerto escolar en un centro educativo en tiempos de Covid. Se plantea como un recurso motivador para el alumnado, un espacio inclusivo y colaborativo donde se interiorizan conceptos relacionados con el cuidado y el respeto hacia la naturaleza, a la vez que se aprenden contenidos curriculares relacionados con los hábitos de vida saludables y dietas equilibradas.
