Juntos es mejor : hacia una escuela intercultural inclusiva

Abstract

Desde el marco de la educación intercultural inclusiva y mediante procesos de investigación acción participativa, el proyecto que se presenta consiste en el diseño y puesta en marcha de un plan de acción centrado en el fomento de la participación familiar, partiendo de una detección de necesidades previa. La experiencia se ha llevado a cabo en el CEIP Mestre Carles Selma, centro que actualmente se encuentra en proceso de transformación hacia una escuela intercultural inclusiva y democrática, vinculada al territorio. En la puesta en marcha del proyecto, se realizó una sesión de grupos interactivos contando con la colaboración de diversos familiares. Tras la sesión, los participantes plasmaron sus percepciones y sentimientos a través de la expresión plástica y hablaron de las mimas en pequeñas entrevistas que se realizaron tras los grupos interactivos. Todo esto se registró en formato audiovisual con el objetivo de mostrar la experiencia a la comunidad educativa y poder reflexionar sobre la importancia de la implicación familiar y así poder potenciarla. Los resultados evidencian que, durante la puesta en marcha del proyecto se contó con la participación de varios familiares, no obstante, no fue un hecho puntual, tras la experiencia, ha aumentado la participación en el centro.
