Conducta antisocial en adolescentes : diferencias entre chicas y chicos

Abstract

Existe una gran preocupación por las conductas antisociales de los adolescentes, ya que pueden constituir un riesgo no sólo para los demás y para el conjunto de la sociedad, sino también para ellos mismos. Esta preocupación se traduce en un interés cada vez mayor por desarrollar programas que ayuden a prevenir e intervenir adecuadamente sobre estas conductas. Una de las estrategias para conseguir que estos programas sean eficaces es conocer qué factores están relacionados con una mayor probabilidad de cometer este tipo de conductas o, por el contrario, qué factores protegen a los sujetos de involucrarse en conductas antisociales y violentas. Por ello, se pretende analizar las diferencias existentes entre los sexos respecto a los factores protectores de la conducta antisocial en la adolescencia, específicamente a lo largo del período de Educación Secundaria.
