Abstract

Se presenta un proyecto llevado a cabo en el Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Jesús y María Inmaculada (Miajadas, Cáceres) dirigido a la educación emocional de los alumnos, por considerarse esta una pieza fundamental para resolver problemas y elaborar estrategias ante situaciones que ocurren en el día a día. La actividad se enmarcó en una serie de viajes que descubrían distintas épocas de la historia y lugares, y cómo los individuos gestionaban los problemas emocionalmente y formulaban soluciones positivas y cooperativas
