La confianza como eficacia de los equipos de trabajo virtuales de dirección en las organizaciones educativas

Abstract

Se centra en el análisis de la confianza como elemento implicado en la eficacia de los equipos de trabajo virtuales en la dirección de organizaciones educativas y en el análisis del uso de las TIC para tareas de menor complejidad. El estudio es de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo con un enfoque mixto. Para ello, se realiza un análisis con 16 directivos de centros educativos diferentes. Se muestra que la confianza tiene una influencia positiva sobre la eficacia o potencia y que esta relación es más fuerte en mujeres que en hombres. Por otro lado, se pone de manifiesto que el email y el teléfono se usan en mayor medida para el cumplimiento de tareas de menor complejidad.
