De mi escuela a nuestra escuela

Abstract

Se esbozar y comparte una experiencia de aprendizaje en espacios de dirección en la escuela pública. Este proceso ha caminado de lo plural a lo singular y de lo individual a lo colectivo. Ha puesto en valor el liderazgo compartido como herramienta eficiente que permite generar sinergias en aras de proponer y encauzar nuevos retos dentro de la comunidad educativa.
