Estudio sobre el síndrome de agotamiento profesional (Burnout) y los diferentes modelos teóricos de este síndrome. Se intentan explicar las causas de esta problemática psicosocial analizando las variables que inciden. La finalidad es desarrollar diferentes estrategias de afrontamiento del síndrome mediante un modelo de actuación que tenga como fundamentos la escuela saludable, es decir, una escuela crítica consigo misma, flexible, no burocrática, igualitaria, que busca la armonía entre los docentes, ya que estos son la base para desarrollar personas libres.
Study on the professional exhaustion syndrome (Burnout) and the different theoretical models of this syndrome. We try to explain the causes of this psychosocial problem by analyzing the variables that affect it. The purpose is to develop different coping strategies for the syndrome through a model of action that has the healthy school as its foundation, that is, a critical, flexible, non-bureaucratic, egalitarian school that seeks the harmony between teachers, as these are the basis for developing free people.
