Estudiantes a la Ópera

Abstract

“Estudiantes a la ópera” es un proyecto pedagógico promovido por el Teatro Real de Madrid y coordinado por el Departamento de Música del I.E.S. Calatalifa de Villaviciosa de Odón, en el que también colabora la Biblioteca Municipal de esta localidad. Nace con el objetivo de difundir la música escénica entre los estudiantes de Enseñanza Secundaria. De carácter eminentemente interdisciplinar, se apoya principalmente en tres departamentos: Música, Plástica y Tecnología, aunque otras asignaturas se suman cada año a esta experiencia. Se trata de un trabajo de creación artística y técnica a partir de la investigación de una obra musical del repertorio escénico: ópera, danza o teatro musical. Los alumnos, estudian el libreto o argumento, profundizan en los personajes y su significación tratando de captar el contenido simbólico, desarrollan criterios de opinión sobre diferentes aspectos y, finalmente, realizan creaciones musicales, plásticas, tecnológicas o literarias.
