Alimentos saludables y sostenibles

Abstract

Se trabajan la importancia de una buena alimentación, hábitos de vida saludables, y cómo diferenciar los productos más adecuados en la alimentación. Se relacionan los productos del huerto escolar del centro y se plantera qué otros nuevos cultivos se pueden cultivar y cómo usarlos en la dieta habitual. Se valoran distintas enfermedades comunes que pueden modificarse con una dieta adecuada. Asimismo se hacen cálculos de la huella ecológica que generan y el impacto ambiental que producen, proponiendo medidas correctoras.
