[ES] Este trabajo ha sido propuesto para comprender globalmente el fen?meno del menor infractor, as? como la importancia de la figura del Trabajador Social en la Administraci?n de Justicia Juvenil. Pretende dar entidad a un colectivo que viene avalado por una trayectoria profesional de m?s de 50 a?os y que presta un servicio ampliamente demandado, reconocido y valorado por la instancia judicial. Por esto, marcar? como objetivo general difundir al lector y a los diferentes agentes sociales el trabajo que nuestra profesi?n realiza en la Administraci?n de Justicia. Indicar? una serie de l?neas orientadoras que servir?n para armonizar, los requisitos necesarios para ejercer nuestra actividad y optimizar el servicio, a fin de facilitar, pautas de actuaci?n e intervenci?n para nuestros profesionales. El trabajo se dividir? en tres cap?tulos; el primero ir? centrado en el estudio del menor infractor, donde se lograr? comprender el contexto donde este se desarrolla, a trav?s de una revisi?n bibliogr?fica de diversos autores que nos aportar?n m?ltiples perspectivas del comportamiento desviado o antisocial. El segundo cap?tulo, tratar? de revelar la importancia de la profesi?n del Trabajo Social dentro de los procesos penales de menores, atendiendo a las circunstancias psicosociales para adoptar una medida educativa coherente en base a sus necesidades. Por ?ltimo, el tercer cap?tulo se encargar? de poner en pr?ctica lo anteriormente estudiado, aplic?ndolo a una de las violencias que m?s est? emergiendo en la actual vida de los menores infractores, la violencia Filio-parental.

[EN] This work has been proposed to globally understand the phenomenon of juvenile offenders , and the importance of the position of Social Worker in the Administration of Juvenile Justice. It aims to give a collective entity which is supported by a career of over 50 years and that provides a widely demanded , recognized and valued by the court in service. Therefore, I will mark the general objective readers spread across society and our profession work done in the Administration of Justice. I will indicate a series of guide lines that serve to harmonize the requirements for exercise activity and optimize our service , to facilitate , guidelines for action and intervention for our professionals. The work is divided into three chapters ; the first will be focused on the study of juvenile offenders , where they achieved understanding the context where it develops , through a literature review of various authors who will give us multiple perspectives of the deviant or antisocial behavior. The second chapter, try to reveal the importance of the profession of social work in juvenile criminal proceedings , considering the psychosocial circumstances to adopt a coherent educational measure based on their needs. Finally , the third chapter will be responsible for implementing the above studied , applying it to one of the more violence is emerging in the present life of young offenders , Filio - parental violence .
