Liderazgo directivo en la Argentina

Abstract

A medida que avanza el tiempo se acumula mayor evidencia sobre la relevancia del liderazgo directivo en la educación. Las investigaciones específicas han crecido en todo el mundo, sin embargo, la aplicación concreta en las escuelas suele ser uno de los mayores impedimentos a los que se enfrenta la gestión de cambio. En este artículo se presenta la acción de Fundación Varkey en la Argentina y los ejes de su programa de liderazgo educativo.
