Se ha demostrado que, tras los maestros, los directores son los que más pueden ayudar a mejorar el rendimiento de los estudiantes de sus escuelas y establecer climas favorecedores al aprendizaje y la colaboración. Pero, ¿de qué manera pueden ejercer esa influencia positiva sobre los resultados?
