Esta guía va dirigida a conseguir una mayor valoración social del confort acústico, mediante una buena información y unos consejos y recomendaciones que se pueden seguir en la vida cotidiana. Nos hace falta ser conscientes de que todo el mundo es generador de ruido y que se puede contribuir, de manera muy importante, a reducirlo.
