La mediación escolar como estrategia de mejora

Abstract

Se presenta una situación de aprendizaje cuyo objetivo es abordar los problemas de disciplina y de convivencia de una manera diferente a lo que habitualmente se hace en el centro. Se pone en práctica el servicio de mediación en el que se abordan los conflictos mediante la aplicación de habilidades comunicativas: el diálogo, empatía, asertividad… que fomentan el desarrollo personal del alumnado y repercute en el clima de convivencia del centro. Se pretende mejorar las relaciones del alumnado tanto entre iguales como con el profesorado y personal de servicios y crear un buen clima de convivencia positiva, ya que se enlaza el trabajo en el centro con el proyecto de Convivencia positiva del Centro de Profesorado correspondiente.
