Abstract

Se pretende dar respuesta a la pregunta ¿Qué es ser DAP?, desde la visión de una docente en el CEIP Juan Cruz Ruíz (Tenerife), que narra su experiencia durante un curso escolar. Los Docentes de Apoyo Pedagógico tienen como objetivo desarrollar procesos de investigación-acción en el aula experimentando con diversas metodologías que fomentan el trabajo cooperativo del alumnado. Es una puesta en práctica del enfoque competencial de la enseñanza y la atención inclusiva a la diversidad. Desde los centros se fomentan la formación de los docentes participantes y la del resto del profesorado del centro.
