El papel del director de un centro transformado en comunidad de aprendizaje desde la perspectiva del profesorado

Abstract

Se presenta un estudio basado en la aplicación de un cuestionario a los centros pertenecientes al proyecto "Comunidad de aprendizaje" de Andalucía, que muestra la percepción que tiene el profesorado sobre la función que desempeña el director en cuanto al desarrollo e implementación del proyecto. En el análisis se ha comprobado la importancia del director en el proceso de transformación y mantenimiento de este proyecto en el centro, así como la satisfacción general de todo el profesorado tanto con el proyecto como con la labor del director.
