La reforma universitaria : gestió del pas d'un entorn institucional a un entorn parcialment tècnic

Abstract

El trabajo que presenta se basa en una parte de los resultados obtenidos en una tesis doctoral que analiza el proceso de reforma de los planes de estudios de tres instituciones universitarias de informática en dos universidades distintas. En el contexto específico de las organizaciones universitarias, se interpreta que la puesta en marcha de las LRU (Ley de Reforma Universitaria. 1983) equivale a un ejercicio de presión coercitiva para provocar cambios que introduzcan a las universidades en entornos más técnicos. Se analiza cómo las instituciones universitarias responden de formas diferente a estos nuevos requerimientos establecidos por el Estado. Algunos parámetros que se han mostrado esenciales en el estudio se seleccionan aquí: contexto universitario, nacimiento de los centros, modelo de gestión, reclutamiento del profesorado y objetivos de la formación.
