Abstract

El autor nos ofrece una aproximación a la dimensión emotiva del trabajo docente, aspecto que por lo general está ausente de la literatura pedagógica. Preocupado por las cuestiones relativas a la innovación y el cambio educativo, se analizan una serie de encuestas realizadas con 32 profesionales de la ciudad de Toronto (Canadá) en torno a la presencia de las emociones en el trabajo diario.
