Algunos entornos generadores de situaciones asociales de riesgo

Abstract

Las situaciones de abandono, maltrato y desprotección de los menores exigen una intervención en contextos complejos de alto riesgo, donde se demandan respuestas inmediatas de actuación. Los niños y adolescentes constituyen un sector de población indefenso ante la realidad crítica de su entorno más inmediato. Como respuesta a esta inquietud, se ha realizada una investigación en todos los Centros de Protección de Primera Infancia de la Comunidad de Madrid. Uno de los objetivos fue estudiar el ecosistema familiar y contextual de los menores. Es decir, ámbitos y características que expresen el grave riesgo de su permanencia en una situación que se convierte en caldo de cultivo de la asocialización. Estos datos motivan a la Administración Pública a declarar la situación de desamparo legal.
