Abstract

L’article monographique « L’enseignement des sciences humaines : des perspectives d’avenir » présente un ensemble de réflexions, engagées par différents responsables académiques des universités de Catalogne, sur l’enseignement des disciplines humanistes à l’université. Ces réflexions portent sur les problèmes majeurs auxquels ces études sont confrontées aujourd’hui, ainsi que sur les tensions qui les caractérisent actuellement, non seulement en ce qui concerne leur conception générale, mais aussi les différentes propositions didactiques et les stages académiques qui sont décrits.

El monográfico “La enseñanza de las humanidades: perspectivas de futuro” presenta un conjunto de reflexiones, por parte de diferentes responsables académicos de las universidades catalanas, sobre la enseñanza de las disciplinas humanísticas en la universidad. Las reflexiones plantean muchos de los problemas principales con los que se encuentran actualmente estos estudios y también las tensiones que actualmente los caracterizan, tanto en su concepción general como en las diferentes propuestas didácticas y prácticas académicas que se retratan.

El monogràfic «L’ensenyament de les humanitats: perspectives de futur» presenta un conjunt de reflexions, per part de diferents responsables acadèmics de les universitats catalanes, sobre l’ensenyament de les disciplines humanístiques a la universitat. Les reflexions plantegen molts dels problemes principals amb què actualment es troben aquests estudis i també les tensions que actualment els caracteritzen, tant en la seva concepció general com en les diferents propostes didàctiques i pràctiques acadèmiques que es retraten. 

The monograph “Teaching the humanities: what does the future hold?” sets out a series of reflections by various academic authorities of the Catalan universities on teaching the humanities in higher education. These authorities examine the main problems currently facing education in the humanities as well as the tensions that now characterize these problems, both in their overall conception and in the different teaching approaches and academic practices that typify them.
