El modelo de evaluación en una ley de consenso

Abstract

Se presentan algunas de las situaciones actuales del sistema educativo, especialmente relacionadas con la evaluación, que ponen de manifiesto la importancia de diseñar adecuadamente este elemento curricular para que contribuya a la mejora de la calidad educativa, sin limitar ni condicionar sus procesos internos. Se realiza una propuesta para su incorporación a una nueva ley de educación, consensuada, en la que se determina que deben ser evaluados tanto la administración educativa, como los centros docentes y los aprendizajes del alumnado, comentando los contenidos en estos tres grandes ámbitos y realizando algunas observaciones en cuanto al enfoque que deberían seguir.
