Abstract

Se comparte una tarea diseñada para el alumnado de 2.º ciclo de primaria que se origina por los altos índices de obesidad infantil que presentan las islas Canarias y en particular el centro educativo. Se pretende fomentar el consumo de yogur en edades infantiles como alternativa sana a otros alimentos más calóricos o industriales. Se explica su elaboración poniendo en práctica las competencias básicas contempladas en el currículo.
