Abstract

Se hace un planteamiento que se inscribe en el modelo integrado de gestión de convivencia, en el que se sustenta el estilo que proponemos para prevenir y abordar los conflictos: relación respetuosa y pacífica entre las partes del conflicto pero bajo la responsabilidad del centro, es decir diálogo y colaboración entre las partes, compatible con el respeto a las normas y con la aplicación de sanciones. Se adopta un modelo integrado para orientar la forma de prevenir y abordar los conflictos, recogiendo los aspectos más valiosos de otras propuestas y haciendo un uso educativo de ellos.
