Los libros de texto como patrimonio cultural escolar

Abstract

Deliberar sobre los manuales escolares es hacerlo sobre la parte material, el elemento físico, el producto final y sobre el conjunto de subjetividades que lo han elaborado y lo usan. Existe una relación intrínseca entre la objetividad y la subjetividad histórica; son dos componentes esenciales que carecen de sentido de forma aislada porque son complementarios. Si se investigan de manera separada y parcial, no es para priorizar un elemento en detrimento del otro, sino solamente como un recurso que puede facilitar el trabajo y analizar los libros de texto desde diversas perspectivas, con miradas complejas. Miradas que al mismo tiempo que enriquecen los manuales escolares, relativizan su narración histórica y la hacen dinámica, flexible, abierta y plural. El objetivo se centra en reflexionar sobre algunas perspectivas de análisis haciendo mayor hincapié en el ámbito educativo.
