Motivaciones por la docencia

Abstract

En este proyecto de innovación se analizan el interés, las motivaciones y las actitudes de los estudiantes del Máster de Profesorado de Educación Secundaria (MPES) de la Universidad de Córdoba hacia la profesión docente y la formación requerida para su ejercicio. Se concluye que los resultados de este análisis se deberían tener muy en cuenta para el desarrollo de actividades en el proceso de formación inicial del profesorado de Secundaria.
