Abstract

Reflectir sobre o relacionamento entre Forças Armadas e Sociedade não é um exercício fácil. Não é fácil em si mesmo e também porque, naturalmente, depende em larga medida das sociedades e das suas diferenças. Ninguém duvida que a questão se coloca de uma maneira nos Estados Unidos e de outra na China. Especificidades da mesma natureza existem no espaço dos PALOP e entre eles. Mas há naturalmente traços comuns. E será sobre eles que se tentará conduzir esta análise
