Abstract

A adaptação à evolução do contexto geopolítico e às novas circunstâncias estratégicas são a razão de sucesso e longevidade da NATO. No entanto, a Aliança transatlântica ainda não se adaptou às transformações na geopolítica mundial e na segurança internacional e euro-atlântica que se alteraram substancialmente desde que aprovou, em 2010, em Lisboa, o seu atual Conceito Estratégico.
