Endomarketing: o futuro da comunicação no contexto organizacional?

Abstract

Esta dissertação pretende atestar se o endomarketing apresenta, enquanto processo comunicativo, uma nova possibilidade e visão sobre a comunicação organizacional e interna, capaz de gerir, motivar, estimular, reter e fidelizar o talento interno, através de uma relação de proximidade e satisfação mutua entre a organização e os seus colaboradores. A nossa abordagem metodológica propõe a exposição e explicação, através do estado de arte, do conceito do endomarketing com o intuito de reflectirmos sobre a sua aplicação e utilidade em contexto organizacional combatendo uma carência presente nos trabalhos académicos que embora se dediquem à discussão do tema falham em atestar a sua potencialidade e emprego. Ainda com a intenção de acrescentarmos algo à discussão e tendo em conta as limitações de uma reflexão teórica, esta dissertação culminará numa proposta de modelo de análise que consideramos ser capaz de apurar as potencialidades em contexto real desta estratégia comunicativa.
