Abstract

A diplomacia e a projecção cultural são dois sectores indubitavelmente abrangidos pela cooperação para o desenvolvimento, dimensão indispensável da política externa portuguesa. Desta forma a educação, com destaque para programas e projectos dirigidos ao ensino e difusão da língua portuguesa, e a formação, estão no topo das listas prioritárias de intervenção no domínio da cooperação portuguesa. Considera-se que a cooperação no seio dos países da CPLP se deverá fundamentar sobretudo na cooperação cultural, assente na partilha de um idioma comum.
